Owens Corning Optiliner™

Banded Liner System

Therm-All is pleased to announce we will be offering the new OptiLiner™ system. This high performance insulation system is designed for use in metal building systems for both the roof and walls.

With the latest versions of the Energy Codes, both ASHRAE 90.1 and IECC reference Liner Systems for the roof. We can now help provide even more solutions you need to meet the new code requirements for many applications

With the team of Owens Corning, the most trusted and recognized name in the industry and the reputation of Therm-All as the quality and service leader for metal building insulation, we have you covered.

The OptiLine™ roof system uses a series of 1.0 inch galvanized steel straps to support a bright white or black polyethylene fabric that serves as the low permeance vapor retarder for the system. Fabric sections are custom fit for each bay in order to ensure a swift installation and a clean interior finished appearance. This also allows roof cavities to be completely filled with uncompressed insulation which maximizes the thermal performance

The OptiLiner wall system uses the same basic components as the roof system. Additional materials included with the wall system are insulation hangars that are used to support the insulation in the wall cavities and foam tape that is installed between the wall girts and the wall sheets in order to enhance system thermal performance.

Elaminator 300

Therm-All is one of the largest providers of the Elaminator Insulation System in the U.S.

The Elaminator 300 series has many advantages:

  • Fall Protection
  • Improved production…
wind becomes less of a factor
  • High "R" potential
  • Great appearance

Installation Production
The Elminator 300 is a production tool. Properly used it will increase daily production, therefore reducing jobsite manhours.

Fall Protection
The Eliminator 300 series provides OSHA approved leading edge fall protection.

A Superior Insulation System
With the patented installation system there are no exposed insulationseams, thus providing superior perm rating and a great appearance.

High-R
With the Eliminator system, you can provide a High-R application for new construction without support wires or structures below. The Elaminator system reduces the compression above the purlins, because the first layer of insulation is installed between the purlins. A layer of backfill insulation is placed over the purlins, to provide insulation for the purlins, and to ensure complete coverage by the insulation.
